광고 제거 구매를 복원하고 싶습니다.
앱의 광고 제거 화면에서 구매 복원을 선택하고, 처음 구매할 때 사용한 Google Play 또는 Apple 계정으로 로그인되어 있는지 확인하세요. 계속 복원되지 않으면 주문번호와 플랫폼만 이메일로 알려주세요. 카드 정보는 보내지 마세요.
사진이나 입력한 이름이 서버로 전송되나요?
입력한 이름과 선택한 사진은 궁합 결과를 만들기 위해 기기 안에서 처리되며 Scremee 자체 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 광고 및 분석 SDK가 처리할 수 있는 별도 기기·이용 정보는 개인정보처리방침에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
카메라 또는 사진 기능이 동작하지 않습니다.
iOS 또는 Android의 설정에서 LOVE name Match의 카메라·사진 권한을 확인하세요. 권한을 허용하지 않아도 이름 궁합 계산은 사진 없이 사용할 수 있습니다.
